Fixed col surface properties by Salvators place even though a little grass patch mixed within dirt roads have a realistic little effect. Added garage from LCS that was mentioned in the gtaForum. Beware it's not complete because it's a cutscene interior and no I won't rebuild it These are not in their original positions but located in a way that works.
